New Features

Team Mentions

Users can now create and mention ancillary teams just like they mention individual users. Team members with the appropriate role can take action on and dismiss these mentions, making it easier to loop in entire groups without tagging each person individually.

Sponsor Landing Page

Sponsors now have a dedicated landing page where they can browse all sites using the Study Hub platform and launch directly to any site's full page.

Study People Management

Studies now support both internal contacts (teammates) and external contacts in a new People section. This clear separation helps teams manage who's involved in each study and how to reach them.

Workflow-Based Organization

Notes and project information can now be organized by workflow. This lets users focus on activities and information relevant to the specific workflows they're currently working on.

Redesigned Study Page Navigation

The study page has been reorganized for a cleaner experience. Attachments and notes are now consolidated under a Details tab, with secondary navigation for:

Study Progress Card Sorting

Processes in study progress cards now sort by their absolute start timepoints, providing a more logical and intuitive display order.

Dashboard Data Refresh

The dashboard now refreshes data when the page becomes active, ensuring you always see the latest information.
