Metrics Dashboard ​

The Metrics dashboard provides visual analytics and timeline views of your organization's studies.

Required Role

Access to the Metrics dashboard requires one of the following roles:

  • Organization Admin (org_admin)
  • Team Admin (team_admin)
  • Study Admin (study_admin)
  • Metrics Viewer (metrics_viewer)

Accessing Metrics ​

  1. Click Metrics in the sidebar
  2. The Metrics dashboard loads with visualizations

Dashboard Overview ​

The Metrics dashboard displays:

  • Study timeline visualizations
  • Project progress analytics
  • Workflow status summaries

What You Can See ​

Study Overview ​

High-level view of studies across your organization:

  • Total studies by status
  • Progress distribution
  • Recent activity

Timeline Views ​

Visual representations of study timelines:

  • Gantt chart showing study milestones
  • Process flow diagrams
  • Milestone tracking

Using the Dashboard ​

Filtering Data ​

Filter the dashboard view by:

  • Date ranges
  • Study status
  • Teams
  • Workflows

Interpreting Charts ​

The visualizations show:

  • Timeline bars - Duration and progress of studies
  • Milestone markers - Key dates and completions
  • Status colors - Visual indicators of progress
