Getting Started with Study Hub ​

Study Hub is a multi-tenant research study management platform. This guide will help you get started with the basics.

What is Study Hub? ​

Study Hub helps organizations manage research studies and projects. Key features include:

  • Study Management - Create, track, and manage research studies through their lifecycle
  • Team Collaboration - Add team members, assign roles, and collaborate on studies
  • Workflow Tracking - Follow customizable workflows with milestones and checklists
  • Document Management - Upload and organize study-related documents
  • Notifications - Stay informed with mentions and follow-ups

First Steps ​

  1. Log In - Access your Study Hub account
  2. Navigate the Interface - Learn your way around
  3. Understand Your Role - Know what you can access

Your Home Base: The Inbox ​

When you log in, you'll land on the Inbox page. This is where you'll spend most of your time in Study Hub.

The Typical Workflow ​

Most of your daily work follows this pattern:

  1. Check your Inbox - See what needs your attention
  2. Click a mention or follow-up - Opens the study directly
  3. Do the work - Add notes, update milestones, respond to colleagues
  4. Dismiss the item - Mark it handled
  5. Repeat - Move to the next item

This keeps you focused on what actually needs doing rather than hunting through lists of studies.

What You'll See ​

When to Use All Studies ​

The All Studies page is for when you need to:

  • Browse or search for a specific study
  • Create a new study
  • See the full list of studies by status
  • Find something that wasn't in your Inbox

But for day-to-day work, the Inbox is your starting point.
